Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact support@mererose.com with:
• Your order number
• The item you wish to return or exchange
• The requested exchange item (if applicable)
Return or exchange instructions will be provided once approved.
Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
